The Wolf Pack Networking and Mastermind Group was founded in 2024 by Junior Acosta, a devoted husband, father, and successful entrepreneur, with a vision to bring a unique blend of networking and mastermind opportunities to the city of Westlake. This initiative is truly groundbreaking, as it is the first time both networking and mastermind groups have been combined into one powerful organization, offering the best of both worlds. With no comparable groups in Westlake or nearby cities, The Wolf Pack fills a crucial gap, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused community.

Junior, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and has a proven track record as a successful business owner, brings a wealth of practical business knowledge and leadership to the group. His goal is simple: to sow good seeds into people’s lives by bringing together like-minded individuals to help one another grow and succeed. As the former president of the Grove Gables Toastmasters, Junior led by example, helping members develop their public speaking and leadership skills. He has also provided educational support to Business Networking International and is a frequent speaker at youth and marriage conferences, high schools, and churches.

In addition to founding The Wolf Pack, Junior is the founder of So Clean Commercial Cleaning Services, a business he has successfully run for nine years, delivering top-tier Cleaning services across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm, and Orlando. His diverse experience and dedication to fostering personal and professional growth make him an exceptional leader for The Wolf Pack.
